Stallholder Information

If you would like trading space to be reserved for our 2024 Doll Fair, please download and complete the application form and return with your fee of $50.00 per table before Friday, 16 February, 2024.  Spaces are limited, so please be sure to return your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  


Your receipt and Stall holder tickets will be forwarded to you prior to 4 March, 2024.
Stall holders are to supply their own table covers and stall hand sanitiser.
Trading spaces will be 8 feet (2.4m) in length. Table layout will ensure at least 1.5m between traders.
Face masks are welcome. Stall holders should display signage instructing customers either to not touch items or to use sanitiser before and after handling items.
Refreshments will be available. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch/refreshments.
The fair will be open to the public from 9:00am until 3:30pm. We would appreciate your not leaving early, so as not to disappoint patrons.
Please make cheques payable to Newcastle & Hunter Valley Doll Lovers Society.
We continue to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19. All stall holders and patrons must comply with COVID-19 safety standards before entry. Should we need to cancel the fair, then we will refund all payments immediately.
